The slum opposite Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, was burned and destroyed by LDA today (21.10.14) evening. To protest against this gruesome act residents of this slum have started a fast and will not celebrate Diwali this year.
