Hostility between India and Pakistan can be ended by creating a Nuclear Weapons Free Zone in South Asia. All outstanding issues, including Kashmir, should be resolved through dialogue. Most importantly, the border between India and Pakistan should be opened for all citizens the way this has been done to visit the Kartarpur Sahib gurudwara.
