Dr. Sandeep Pandey speaks about the Kisan Andolan and the 26th January Tractor Parade. Another clash site became the ITO Crossing where protesters confronted the police and reportedly one tractor driver lost his life in an accident. The incident happened at Red Fort (Lal Qila) where some protesters climbed on the Red Fort and placed Nishan Sahib or Sikhs’ Religious Symbol Flag.
