You’re invited to the national executive committee meeting of the Socialist Party (India) details about which are given as follows:
Date and Day: 7 & 8 February, 2016, Sunday (On 7 February we’ll have National Executive meeting and on 8 February office bearer’s meeting)
Venue: Swaraj Vidyapeeth, 21-B, Motilal Nehru Marg, Allahabad-211002 (opposite Women’s Hostel of Allahabad University), Phone: 0532 2466798, Railway station Prayag is half a km, Swaraj Vidyapeeth is on your left as you come out on the main road from the Prayag station premises and Allahabad Jn. is 6 km from here.
Agenda: (1) Confirmation of minutes of last NEC meeting, (2) Discussion on political situation in country after the Bihar elections, (3) Reporting of successes in UP Panchayat elections, (4) Preparation of Party to face elections in UP, Punjab, Manipur, Assam, etc. in the coming year, (5) Reports of states by Presidents/General Secretaries, (6) Assessment of Electoral Reforms Awareness campaign, (7) To consider supporing the idea of a proposed multi-faith harmony centre in Ayodhya, (8) To consider strengthening Party organisation including its fund, (9) To review Socialist Yuvjan Sabha, Mahila Sabha, Kisan Sabha, Mazdoor Sabha activities (10) To approve audited reports of Party’s national office accounts, (11) Any other matter with permission of chair.
Socialist Party (India) national office bearers are requested to stay back on 8 February for further discussions.
After the Socialist Party (India) office bearers’ meeting, in a small public function from 3 to 4 pm the President of Allahabad University Students’ Union Richa Singh will be felicitated.
