Dialogues/ संवाद series is hosting the discussion on reviving “Lok Rajniti Manch/ People’s Politics Front”. Magsaysay Awardee Dr Sandeep Pandey is moderating the discussion. Every Saturday, 4pm-5pm the online/ virtual series of Samvaad/ Dialogue hosted by Socialist Party (India) puts spotlight on pressing development challenges.
Lok Rajniti Manch (People’s Politics Front) was formed in 2004 at the initiative of late Kuldeep Nayyar. It received a setback when Yogendra Yadav and Ajit Jha left it with their colleagues to join Aam Aadmi Party. This is an effort at its revival to build a broad coalition of forces opposed to economic policies of privatisation, liberalisation and globalisation and the communal-fascist politics. This discussion is towards revival of this front.
