आनलाइन कक्षाओं का यह हाल है कि गरीब परिवारों से जिन बच्चों का दाखिला शिक्षा के अधिकार अधिनियम 2009 में मुफ्त शिक्षा हेतु निजी विद्यालयों में 25 प्रतिशत स्थान जो गरीब बच्चों के लिए आरक्षित हैं में हो गया है वे पढ़ ही नहीं पा रहे क्योंकि उनके घर में ऐसा मोबाइल नहीं कि आनलाइन कक्षा कर सकें अथवा है भी तो वह दिन के समय उनके पिता या बड़े भाई के पास होता है जो काम पर जाते हैं।

शिक्षा के अधिकार अधिनियम की धारा 12(1)(ग) के तहत पिछले वर्षों में दाखिला प्राप्त बच्चों को ऑनलाइन कक्षा में हिस्सा लेने में दिक्कत आ रही है जिससे वे पढ़ाई में पिछड़ रहे हैं।
